I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy new year! Now that 2014 is behind us, I pray and hope that each of us can take all the experiences it had to offer and make 2015 AMAZING!
I am so grateful to you my fellow foodies. Thank you for taking interest in my blog and for supporting me these past almost-4 months. According to my blog report I haven’t done too bad for a newbie. I am however VERY EXCITED to start my first full year as a blogger on this 1st day of January 2015 to bring you many fresh and exciting real food ideas.
Brendan and I were chatting a few days ago and did some reflecting. For him 2014 was an amazing year, especially career wise. For me, 2014 brought many challenges and hard lessons. Oh, but I am SO grateful for each of them.
And then 2014 is of course also the year I made one of my goals come true by starting this blog. Yes, there is still LOADS to learn but I am taking it one day at a time.
If there is one thing I want us to remember for 2015, it’s this:
Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
This is one of my favourite scriptures and when it comes to this food blog, that’s what I hold on to.
Take care of yourselves friends; eat well.
